We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely, in good time and in a perfect working condition. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase in any respect, please refer to our terms & conditions as below.

PERSONAL DATA

It is essential for our co-operation to learn some of your personal data. To order a product, you will be asked your full name, the address where the products will be sent, tour home telephone number (or other telephone), your email and your credit car number and date expiration in case you wish to pay in credit. Under no circumstances will these data be uncovered,published or saled to others, unless this is commanded by Public Authorities (Court etc.).

Your sensitive information are only notified to the specific Bank (ex. credit card number) and are deleted from our database after your order, ensuring at the same time the necessary security.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel an order (totally or certain) you have to send an e-mail to info@gadgetlife.gr. This possibility is given to you up to the moment you we will inform you for the delivery of your order. After this time point the cancellation is not possible .

WAYS OF PAYMENT

For your best facilitation and service of those who wish to buy from your our shop, www.gadgetlife.gr presents the following alternative ways of payment:
1. Charging your credit card. The charge of your credit card starts the delivery day of the ordered products. The Web page has received all the essential mesures for the safety of your transactions via your credit card
2. Cash on delivery

Moreover our Web page gives you the possibility to choose if your payment is done with receipt of retail sale or with invoice. Invoice is published to companies and liberal professionals provided that they give the following data : Name of company,VAT number and profession for the liberal professionals.

WAY - TIME - DELIVERY COST

The order reaches the place of delivery inside 24 hours for most regions of Greece (from the moment you we will be informed about the order delivery), while the time of delivery is increased up to 48 hours for innaccessible regions. We use courier to ensure the product delivery .

PRODUCT PRICES

VAT (21%) is included in prices of the relative lists under each product. These prices concern quantities what are available in our store room, while www.gadgetlife.gr hols the right to rehabilitate the prices.

BACKING OUT - PRODUCT RETURNS

In order to avoid your personal inconvenience, check carefully at the moment of your order delivery whether the products are damaged (eg broken merchandise, type error etc).Returns are acceptable provided that the products you wish to return are found in the same condition in which they were received, that is to say without having been unpacked, but with the receipt or the invoice.Under no circumstances can we be considered as responsible for products lost during their return. For that reason, we suggest that you should return products back to us either via ELTA addressed forward or via COURIER SERVICES.For any changes, please contact us via our telephone number in +30 2109820053 or via an e-mail in info@gadgetlife.gr.

Faulty Products

If you believe that the product you have received has any manufacture fault, please let us know within 10 days from the reception date. We will inform you about the way it has to be returned.In such a case, you will have to return the product packaged , with the receipt or the invoice. It is tour responsibility to return the products with security and without being more damaged, so please, package them in a secure way.When products are returned back to us, we will inspect them carefully so as to determine the damage or the fault. Please take into consideration that we cannot be considered as responsible for damages related to an abnormal way of use such as strikes etc.If we inspect that the damage was a result form an abnormal way of use , we will have to return the product back to you and to charge you with the delivery expenses.If we inspect that the damage is from the manufacturer, we are fully engaged either to correct it or to replace it. In that case, we will return you back any expenses you have been surcharged for delivering the product to us.

Change of mind

Returns because of an “undesired gift” or a “change of mind”, are only accepted in case the products to be returned back are in the same condition in which you have received them, that means without having been unpacked or package having been violated, with the receipt or the invoice. You have the right to return the products you have bought within 10 days from the delivery day. In this case you are only charged with the direct cost of the product return. In any case we cannot return money back.You are kindly requested to take into consideration that we cannot accept products back that have been used or their accessories have been lost or their package has been damaged. In such a case, they have to be returned back to you and you will be charged with the extra delivery expenses.
In case you wish to return the products and depending on one side on the payment way and on the other side on the way you have returned the products, money will be returned within 30 days from the date we receive the products.


OTHERS

Imponderables: Factors such as mean weather conditions, strikes etc may delay your product delivery. You we will be informed via e-mail so as to tell us if you wish the completion of your order under this conditions.

2. www.gadgetlife.gr responsibility : The shop is not to be accused for faults or bad product quality. All products are received packed by the suppliers . In case the delivered quantities are proved to include a defective product, you maintain the right to ask for a return as above having the possibility of replacement with our own return and new delivery expenses.

3. Modification of present terms: www.gadgetlife.gr has the right to modify or to renew the terms and the conditions of transactions. www.gadgetlife.gr is odliged to modify the present text on any change or appendix in the terms.
